If you wish, the Boutique can send your recipient a gift announcement
by email with your personalized message and their delivery schedule.
Shipping will begin the month you place your order.

We ship the second week of each month.

We ask for the recipient’s email address during the checkout process
so they can receive updates on the shipment of their order.
If the recipient is not available to personally receive the delivery left at their door,
the Biscotti Boutique is not responsible for damaged/spoiled product and/or additional delays.

if they will be out of town or need to skip a delivery for any reason.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event your gift arrives damaged,
please email us 2 full photos of the damaged product and a photo of the shipping box.

Please submit within 14 days of delivery.

The Boutique will work with the recipient to resolve the issue to their satisfaction.

Full payment for the year must be made at time of purchase.
