~Meet Kim~

Kim’s passion for baking began as a very young child helping her Mom, Grandma and Great Grandma bake Italian cookies in their kitchen. Her entire life, she enjoyed combining ingredients to create all sorts of tasty homemade treats. In 2012, she began marketing her baked goods as a way to help support her four young children. Over time Kim’s custom cake and cupcake business grew through word of mouth and she had a loyal following. In 2014, she expanded her menu to include biscotti. Her creative spirit led her to experiment with lots of different mouthwatering flavor combinations. Kim perfected each recipe to have just the right crunch with flavors that will make your taste buds dance. Everyone who tries them says they are the best biscotti they’ve ever had!

Over time people raved about and requested her biscotti for parties, favors, holidays or their own enjoyment. The delicate texture and incredible flavor combinations of Kim’s biscotti are what make them stand out above the rest. They are not dry with little taste like many commercially made, traditional biscotti. ~Baking Process~

Every batch is carefully made with love by hand in small quantities and twice baked to ensure consistent quality and the perfect crunch. We cut our biscotti by hand, not machines. We use high quality fresh ingredients. There are no preservatives or trans fats in our biscotti.

Our biscotti can be made to order - with or without nuts and toppings.

Our “Half-Baked” cookies are perfect if you prefer a softer, chewier cookie. They are just as delicious and full of flavor.

~Ordering~

Our biscotti are sold by weight and can be ordered in a variety of flavors. Quantity of biscotti varies per pound as some flavors weigh more than others. There are approximately 16 cookies per pound.

A minimum of one pound per flavor must be ordered for multiple flavor orders.

Biscotti are carefully packed in a window bakery box for a lovely presentation.

Biscotti will last several weeks if kept in an airtight container or Ziplock bag in a cool, dry place. Freeze biscotti to maintain freshness for up to six months.
